We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being close to Times Square and within walking distance of great restaurants. The hotel had excellent facilities, including spacious and clean rooms with stunning views from the high floors. We were able to enjoy a quiet and comfortable sleep, thanks to the quiet atmosphere. The staff, especially JAE, were attentive and efficient, resolving any issues we had during check-in and check-out. the hotel provided great value and served as a convenient base for exploring the city and enjoying Broadway shows.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, being so close to most theatres and SARDI'S. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our celebration even more special. It was great to receive a complimentary room upgrade, drink ticket, and late check out. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was gorgeous. The view from our room on the 16th floor was breathtaking, and we couldn't hear any noise from the city below. The hotel's proximity to the subway station and Starbucks made it very convenient, and it was a pleasant walk to 5th Ave. The hotel bar was the perfect place to relax, with their delicious assortment of sweet and spicy nuts.

We had a perfect stay at this hotel. The location was superb, right next to Times Square and within walking distance of everything. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with beautiful decor and comfortable rooms. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the entire property, from the rooms to the common areas. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist us with any questions or recommendations. We particularly loved the open fire and bar area, which provided a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Plus, the hotel's close proximity to the ACE metro lines and other transportation options made exploring this city a breeze.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Times Square and the subway. The room was bright, spacious, and very clean. The view from the 29th floor was amazing, with a great light show from the surrounding high-rise buildings. The staff were exceptional and even helped with a special request for a family member. I was also fortunate to be upgraded to a spacious studio suite, which had a second TV and a comfortable sitting area. The breakfast was good, with a decent selection of hot dishes, pastries, cereal, fruit. I was extremely pleased with my experience.

It was also convenient for exploring Central Park, 5th Ave Boutiques, the NYC library, and many other tourist sites in the city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness of the rooms was excellent. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome and cared for throughout my stay.
