The best aspects of this hotel were its convenient location and spacious rooms. It was easy to walk to major attractions such as the Empire State Building, Rockefeller Centre, and Times Square. Additionally, the hotel was close to Penn Station and Madison Square Garden, making it easy to get around the city. The rooms were spacious, and I especially liked having a kitchenette in my suite. The hotel facilities, including the lobby and elevators, were well-maintained and gave a good impression.
Hard to think of anything negative.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, with easy access to various subway lines and a short walk to Times Square. The hotel's proximity to shops and a Starbucks right opposite the entrance was very convenient. I also appreciated the option to leave our bags with the concierge on the last day, allowing us to explore the city until our departure. The room itself was perfectly serviceable, with clean and comfy beds. The one-bedroom suite with a kitchen was adequately equipped, although it would have been nice to have a kettle or toaster. The presence of two bathrooms was a bonus, especially when traveling with a group of women or teenage girls.
There were some negative aspects to our stay.
The hotel did not inform us that our originally booked room was unavailable until we arrived at 3:45 PM. The alternative room we were given was smaller than advertised and uncomfortably hot, with a non-functioning AC unit.
The staff at this hotel, especially the front desk, were extremely helpful and made my stay a memorable one. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and many dining options in the area.
