The hotel's location is perfect, just off Times Square on 10th Avenue, making it close to everything in NYC. I loved that it was right in the center of Times Square, which was only a 10-minute walk away. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were great, including the cool computerized check-in/out system and the awesome terrace.

We had a fantastic 6-night stay in a queen room at this hotel. The room and bathroom were modern, clean, and equipped with basic amenities. The view from the window was great. The hotel was conveniently located on 42nd street, just a short walk away from Times Square and subway/bus terminals. We had plenty of food options, convenience stores, and a pharmacy nearby. The hotel cleaning staff were also friendly.

The hotel's location was perfect, right near the Hudson River piers and public transportation options like the Midtown Ferry station. Being in the designated green area meant easy access to many major attractions in this city. The staff was attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with well-maintained rooms and public areas. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, with useful amenities like an ironing board and a hairdryer provided in the room.

The hotel had a super modern and futuristic vibe, making us feel right at home. The facilities were clean and well kept, and the room was the perfect size. We loved how everything was automated, making it easy and efficient. The location was great, right in the center of everything, and close to the city center and the nearest metro station. We found it fairly close to all the attractions we wanted to see. The staff, though we didn't interact with them much, were friendly when we did see them.
