We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of Manhattan. The location couldn't have been better, as we were steps away from the theater where we had tickets. Being right in the middle of Times Square, we were able to walk to most attractions, including Central Park , Empire State , 5th Avenue Shopping , and Pier 8 for the water taxi to Ground Zero. The hotel facilities were great, with clean and comfortable rooms. We especially appreciated the free water and the Keurig coffee and tea amenities. The staff, including the front desk, concierge, cleaning staff, and security, were all friendly and helpful.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
We loved the hot, hot shower, comfortable pillows, and the fact that our rooms were cleaned every day. The breakfast vouchers each morning were a nice bonus. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the hotel had plenty of lifts, so we never had to wait long. The location was ideal, right next to Times Square and the theater district. We were also pleased to find a Starbucks across the street.

Cleanliness and hotel facilities were top-notch. The room was immaculately clean and the hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel! It was super close to all the main theaters and a stone's throw away from Times Square. Plus, I could even catch a glimpse of Times Square from my room! The lobby was also very nice and well-organized. The staff, especially Marcos from the front desk, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room itself was comfortable and clean, ensuring a pleasant stay. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and prime location to the subway, Rockefeller Center, and all the delights of mid-Manhattan were definitely the highlights of my experience.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right on Times Square in the theater district. It's perfect if you want to be close to theaters and have easy access to transportation. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and the hotel facilities were great.
