We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful, polite, and approachable. They even went out of their way to resolve an issue with our credit card upon check-in. The location was perfect, with easy access to other areas of the city and a subway stop nearby. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a rooftop bar with amazing views, perfect for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, with immaculate rooms and common areas. We also enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea options, and even had the chance to participate in yoga sessions during our stay.

We loved the amazing location of this hotel in bustling Chinatown, with stunning views of the skyline from our lovely rooms. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our visit. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to Canal Street station made transportation convenient, allowing us to easily reach any destination in the city.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location in the Centre of Chinatown Manhattan was perfect, with close proximity to restaurants and shops. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Additionally, the staff was extremely polite and attentive, making for a memorable experience.
