The location next to Chelsea Market and close to the subway was very convenient. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.
We loved the convenient downtown location, nestled between two clubs and close to the areas we wanted to visit. Cleanliness was exceptional, with daily replenishment of toiletries. The hotel staff, especially Joey the concierge, went above and beyond to assist us and provide recommendations. Transportation was a breeze with a direct phone line to summon a licensed yellow taxi within minutes. Additionally, the hotel facilities were modern and stylish, including a rooftop bar and a well-equipped gym.
