I had a great stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with a beautifully clean room and fresh towels and bedding provided every day. The hotel facilities were also excellent, with a comfortable bed, modern ensuite, and good in-room amenities like a fridge and microwave. The location was perfect, central to many of the main tourist attractions and easily accessible to midtown. The breakfast provided was delicious and kept me fueled for hours. The staff, from reception to the elevators, at breakfast, and the cleaning staff, were all incredibly friendly and helpful.

It was all superb.

The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the iconic Empire State Building. We were also impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, as it looked brand new. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and always had a smile on their faces. The view from our room on the upper level was breathtaking, offering stunning vistas of the city.

Not one thing.

The city view from my corner room was unbelievable - I could see MSG and the Empire State Building. The hotel was clean and the bathroom was lovely, with a fabulous shower. The location was great, with easy access to MSG, Times Square, and Broadway. Being able to leave our luggage at the hotel was a plus, and I appreciated that access to the lobby required a key card after certain hours.

Nothing at all.

We loved the great location of this hotel. It was within walking distance of many attractions and had a subway station just around the corner. The hotel facilities were modern and stylish, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the included breakfast, which was quite good. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and quiet, providing a peaceful stay in this bustling city.
