Attentive staff, from the doormen to the restaurant manager and waiter, treated us like celebrities. The room had a spacious and comfortable bed, a big and clean bathroom with a hot shower and great toiletries. The complimentary daily treats, such as dates, fruits, coffee machine, tea with honey. The location was ideal, in the heart of midtown and connected to a nearby shopping center.
Nothing to complain about at all.
The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable. The facilities were top-notch, especially the pool. The location by Columbus Circle was convenient for exploring the city. The staff provided exceptional service.
Nothing for me.
The exceptional staff made me feel like royalty throughout my stay. The views from the hotel were breathtaking, especially in the Lobby Lounge. The location, right next to Central Park and Columbus circus, was unbeatable. And the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable.
