I had a superb stay at this hotel thanks to Louis and his colleagues at front of house, who were brilliant in ensuring everything was perfect for my stay. The staff, including Blaine, Lee, Cherry, Courtney. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the rooftop pool and bar offered a beautiful view of the city. The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding, and the location in midtown NY made it convenient to explore the sights of this city.

Nothing not to love.

The hotel had the best location, close enough to the city's attractions but in a quieter venue. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing quick and easy check-in and check-out. The rooftop bar and pool offered breathtaking views of the city.

From the moment I was greeted at the main door, the staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even upgraded my room, which was amazing! The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the rooftop pool and bar. The cocktails there were the best I've ever had. The location of this hotel was perfect, right on Park Ave with French doors that opened onto the street. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, everything was spotless. And let me not forget to mention the fantastic breakfast - delicious and with plenty of options.
