The staff was wonderfully attentive and thoughtful. The rooms were clean and efficient, and the bed was so comfortable. Great location close to Central Park, Broadway, Times Square, and Empire State Building. It is also conveniently located near Grand Central Station. the hotel provided a relaxing and private atmosphere, away from the cacophony of noise in this city.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect night's sleep. The room was spotlessly clean and we were impressed with the high quality toiletries provided. The location was excellent, close to the theatre district but far enough away to avoid the noise and bustle of the city. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to shopping on Fifth Avenue and iconic sights like the Rockefeller Center and MoMa. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the special events we were celebrating, from the romantic Valentine's Menu at the hotel's restaurant, The Parlour, to the delicious cocktails and wine at the bar.
