We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was incredible, being very near Lincoln Center and Central Park. It was also only a seven-minute walk from Times Square, making it super convenient to get to all the events and attractions. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, just half a block away from Central Park. We loved how funky and cool the hotel's lobby and bar area were. The staff were friendly and accommodating, upgrading us to a larger room and even throwing in a free buffet breakfast.
All was good. The room initially assigned to us was extremely small and uncomfortable for two people. The cleanliness and condition of the room left a lot to be desired, with smelly and unwashed shower curtains, old and broken electricity sockets, and a plastic cover over the mattress that made us wake up sweaty in the middle of the night.
Close to Times Square, 5th Avenue, and Central Park. Good area for tourists.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and proactive. We never felt like we were imposing and they made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location was ideal, just a short walk from Columbus Circle subway station. The hotel is situated in the Hells Kitchen area, between 8th and 9th avenues. We enjoyed walking down 9th avenue, which had a great selection of delis and was away from the touristy areas.
