We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in front of Penn Station and Madison Square Garden. It was so convenient for transportation, with easy access to trains and buses. We were able to explore all the main city sightseeing spots without any hassle. The hotel facilities were great. The newly refurbished room was clean and had a great view of the Empire State Building. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast included was a great value, with a voucher for a delicious meal at a nearby cafe. we had a wonderful experience.

We loved the location - it was in midtown which was where we needed to be. It was close to everything, making exploring the city very easy. The hotel was near the Macy's parade, which was a bonus. The hotel facilities were great, with a spacious lobby and nearby stores. The transportation was convenient, with a train station right across the road. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The cleanliness was impressive, with nice clean white towels provided daily. our stay was enjoyable and hassle-free.

The hotel's location in the center of Manhattan near Penn Station is incredibly convenient, with all subway lines within a 5-minute walk. Being so close to Times Square adds to the excitement of exploring this city. The fact that the hotel provides a voucher for a nearby cafรฉ for breakfast is a nice touch. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, right in the middle of the city with easy access to transportation and close to all the main city sightseeing. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, promptly addressing any concerns I had, such as providing a plug for the bath and assisting with unlocking a locked suitcase. The breakfast coupon was a pleasant surprise, offering a good variety of pastries, fruit, and drinks.
