We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was ideal for us, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We loved how we could hang out in the lively lobby and enjoy a coffee or a drink with other guests. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
Almost perfect, but the loud music in the lobby after 5 pm made it difficult to have a quiet conversation.
The hotel had a really cool vibe and the staff went above and beyond. The room was spacious and had stylish design elements, like Keith Haring-like art. The view of the Empire State Building was a delightful surprise.

I absolutely loved the beautiful building and the excellent location of this hotel. It was very close to popular attractions such as the Empire State Building, Madison Square Park, and the Flatiron Building. The proximity to Fifth Avenue was perfect for shoppers like myself. The lobby was ideal for hanging out and relaxing, whether for drinks or just using the wifi and having a coffee. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I also appreciated the massive American-style fridge in my room.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The lobby and room decor were stylish and modern. I particularly loved having a radio/bluetooth in the room. The staff was super friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. They provided great recommendations for places to eat and gave me helpful directions. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within a 10-minute walk to shops and tourist spots, but still quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. The cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities it offered were also impressive. There was plenty of space in the room for all my luggage. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel.
